CHILLI CHOCOLATE SMORES

Want something a little bit different for your festive pudding this year? Then try these chocolate smores. They’re just perfect for an outdoorsy Christmas and a pinch of our Ghost Chilli gives them extra cheek!

- WHAT YOU WILL NEED -

  • Packet of digestive biscuits
  • Packet of marshmallows
  • Large slab of chocolate, either milk or dark
  • Cape Herb & Spice GHOST CHILLI
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes

- METHOD -

Break the chocolate into small blocks and melt it – either in a double boiler or by blitzing it in the microwave on 30-second bursts, stirring in between each. Once melted, stir in a pinch of our Cape Herb & Spice Ghost Chilli.

Thread 1-2 marshmallows onto a wooden skewer. Hold skewers over the braai flame until marshmallows scorch. Squash marshmallows onto a digestive biscuit, drizzle over chilli chocolate and top with another digestive biscuit. Tuck in!
