Roles & Responsibilities
• On boarding of new employees
• Overseeing staff exits
• Assisting with Payroll administration
• Maintain a case management system
• Manage death claims and also ensure all provident fund membership forms are submitted timeously
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping
• Co-ordinate training
• Compile warnings
• Filing and all administration
• Finger enrolments on biometric system
Requirements
• National Diploma – Human Resources Management
• Own reliable transport
• Payroll administration experience advantageous
• 2-3 years administration experience
