Key Functional Areas:
•    Coordinate the operation of the raw material warehouse functions
•    Lead and manage the warehouse team 
•    Manage the warehouse environment in terms of housekeeping, safety, hygiene and security
•    Implement stock control best practices / processes to ensure inventory accuracy
•    Plan and coordinate work schedules to ensure OTIF assembly of material for the production departments
•    Monitor and evaluate daily employee performance to provide data support for performance assessments
•    Ensure employees understand and comply with policies, procedures and expectations
•    Generate and review operational reports / statistics
•    Perform administrative duties as required
•    Perform incident investigations


Required Knowledge:
•    Degree in Logistics/ Supply chain or equivalent 
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG 
•    Minimum 5 years supervisory experience 
•    Knowledge of distribution, warehouse, shipping, receiving functions 
•    Excellent communication, leadership, organization and customer service skills
•    Excellent administration skills 
•    Proactive nature with good business sensibility
•    Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced working environment 
•    Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (Syspro)
•    Computer literacy- Office 365 (Excel Advanced) 
•    Own transport
