We flash freeze dry these herbs at harvest time, retaining their colour and flavour.
Flat leaf parsley has become increasingly popular over the years and is an incredibly versatile herb which pairs up well and enhances the flavour of other herbs when used together. Add nearer the end of cooking into sauces and casseroles or soups as it is a very subtle flavour and has quite a delicate texture. Sprinkle over pasta or potato salads, add when sautéing mushrooms or stir through omelette mixes for a subtle flavour and some colour.
