Our smoked paprika (Pimenton) is artisanally produced in Spain from smoked, ground Pimento peppers. The deep smokey flavour of this precious powder is indispensible for cooking many Spanish dishes, including Paella. It has an intoxicating smoky aroma from the slow Oak smoking, and a silky texture from the repeated grinding between stones. Add to spice rubs for ribs, bean dishes, chicken casseroles or as an accent for roast potatoes.
